The function of the emulsification tank is to dissolve one or more materials (water-soluble solid, liquid or colloidal substances) into another liquid phase and hydrate them into a relatively stable emulsion. It is widely used for emulsification and mixing of raw and auxiliary materials such as edible oil, powder, sugar, etc. Emulsifying tank are also used for emulsification and dispersion of some coatings and paints, especially for some insoluble colloidal additives such as CMC, xanthan gum, etc.

While the smooth transmission, low noise. 3.  There is appropriate diameter; the stirring device is made on demand, energy-saving, stirring, good fermentation effect. 4.The inner surface is mirror-polished (roughness Ra≤0.4µm); The weld of the inner pot with inlet, outlet, sight mirror and manhole use stretch flanging arc transition.
